Overview:
Stand forged for existing bronze memorial plaque honoring ARC
volunteers killed in Vietnam War. The plaque had been bolted to the ground and
unnoticed in the courtyard at the ARC HQ. Angle
of plaque on stand matches the angle of nearby marble memorial works honoring
other ARC dead. We
had the plaque refurbished, and fabricated small Red Cross logos to line the
frame, tying the plaque and stand together.
