Overview: This piece was commissioned as a wedding gift. It is comprised of six stainless steel skewers and a rack to hold them. The nice thing about this set-up is that when the kebabs are deemed cooked to satisfaction, they can be hung on the rack, and then the whole apparatus is carried and set on the table for serving -- creating an interesting centerpiece in the process.
